The USC web performance issues have been resolved.
USC Web Performance Issue (June 12)
We are currently experiencing performance issues within USC web infrastructure. Users are currently receiving an error when attempting to access random areas of USC web. We are aware of the issues and working to resolve them as quickly as possible.
